Introduction
Freedom From Pain, Panic and Anxiety to Potential
Hi, my name is Farren and I’m honored to be here with you. I want to first tell you a little bit about myself and share why I feel I would be a capable and guiding force for you, especially living a life of panic, physical pain and chronic anxiety.
I have experienced and struggled with panic and anxiety most of my life, and by the time I was eight years young. I’ve experienced panic attacks consistently for about 25 years. So from about 8 years old to about 34 or so. I’ve experienced intense debilitating physical chronic pain all over my body consistently for about 2 decades starting when I was about fourteen, along with the chronic anxiety and Panic attacks.
I became angry at life, exhausted, depressed, lethargic, apathetic, numb, feelings of sadness, helpless, hopeless, unworthy and filled with fear. I became scared everywhere I turned. Of course there were the good times and the high times that happens in life, but there was always a sense of doom coming around the corner, accompanied with yet another scary phase of my life.
I would spiral down and I struggled to keep my head above water most of the time.

I just couldn’t seem to get out of these negative patterns in my life.
There were times I could barely walk, from so much pain. I couldn’t hold down a job due to all of the above. I think you all get the picture.
I’ve been where you are and I no longer experience chronic physical pain anymore. I no longer experience chronic anxiety. I no longer experience panic attacks.

From 2004 I left my small town in Wisconsin to pursue a career in Martial Arts, with a dream to be a Martial Artist on the big screen. Little did I know that was the start of my Healing journey too. I spent the following years until present time, consistently growing, working on myself and healing. I was just so thirsty for it, I was a seeker, I couldn’t get enough of it!
Along my path I met and learned from teachers, Shamans, Yogi’s, Healers, Medicine people, Mountain men and Women, Chiropractors, Western Doctors, Mediums and clairvoyants, Psychologists, etc. I started to “experiment with my body with natural medicines from the list above because I was just so desperate. Everything I learned helped me to get to the next thing, to the next level. I began to build up the tools in my toolbox so to speak.
I feel so passionate about helping, guiding and coaching people in their lives. When I can help someone in whatever way improve their lives, it’s just the greatest feeling.
Whether it’s working with someone to improve their eating habits and nutrition, to lifestyle “biohacking” for health, wellness and longevity. Helping someone find understanding for questions or troubles they may have in life, using psychology, cognitive behavior, eastern spirituality and more.
In this book you will journey through eleven chapters of understanding, growth and healing in yourself.
This is my Mission, this is my purpose.
