The 3 Pillars of Primordial Health: A New Era of Healing

Return to Origin: 3 Channels to Your Natural State of Health

Life / Lifestyle Coaching

Life and lifestyle coaching creates the foundation for true transformation. It guides individuals to identify their goals, uncover limiting beliefs, and restructure daily habits to align with their purpose. Coaching empowers clients to take responsibility, make conscious choices, and shift from surviving to thriving in all areas of life.

Toxins

Toxins are hidden disruptors in our daily lives, silently burdening the body’s detox pathways and contributing to fatigue, hormonal imbalance, and inflammation. By identifying and minimizing exposure—from food, water, air, and products—we create space for the body to return to its natural state of vitality.

Gut Protocol/ Support

Bacterial overgrowth
Candida
Fungus
Toxic residues
Parasites Worm infections
Mycotoxins
Heavy metals
IBS
Activated Charcoal – Adsorbant
Bentonite clay
Zeolite
Fiber/pectin (some can have bloating etc)
Humic/Fulvic Acid
Chlorella
CSM Rx (prescribed) for Mold issues

Household

Our homes can either be sanctuaries of healing or sources of low-level toxic stress. From cleaning supplies to off-gassing furniture, many homes harbor chemicals that undermine health. Conscious living begins with creating a toxin-free, energetically balanced living space that supports calm and clarity.

Kitchen

The kitchen is the heart of healing. Transitioning to clean cookware, filtered water, and organic whole foods drastically reduces our toxic load. Choosing glass over plastic, and cooking with real fats over seed oils, turns your kitchen into a tool for regeneration rather than degeneration.

Bathroom

Bathrooms are often overlooked sources of chemical exposure—through personal care products, soaps, deodorants, and fragrances. Swapping these for natural, non-toxic alternatives supports hormonal health, skin integrity, and reduces the body’s burden of xenoestrogens and petrochemicals.

Clothing

What we wear touches our skin all day. Synthetic fabrics, chemical dyes, and flame retardants are absorbed through the skin, impacting our immune and endocrine systems. Choosing organic, natural fibers like cotton, hemp, and bamboo helps reduce this daily toxic exposure.

Laundry

Laundry detergents, fabric softeners, and dryer sheets are loaded with synthetic fragrances and residues that cling to clothing and enter the bloodstream through the skin. Natural detergents, wool dryer balls, and essential oils offer a clean alternative that supports both skin and respiratory health.

Environmental

Our external environment mirrors our internal state. Air quality, noise pollution, water purity, and even energetic clutter can influence mental and physical wellness. Creating clean, nature-connected spaces fosters resilience and balances our nervous system.

Sunlight

Sunlight is nature’s original medicine. Morning sun exposure helps regulate circadian rhythms, boosts vitamin D production, and activates mitochondrial function. Safe, consistent sunlight is essential for hormonal balance, mood, and immune health.

Infrared / Red Light

Red and near-infrared light therapy penetrates deep into the body’s tissues to stimulate healing at the cellular level. It enhances mitochondrial energy production, reduces inflammation, promotes skin repair, and supports muscle recovery—all without medication.

Sleep

Sleep is the master reset. Quality sleep supports detoxification, memory consolidation, emotional balance, and immune repair. Establishing a consistent sleep-wake rhythm is non-negotiable for sustainable health and vitality.

Morning Routine

A strong morning routine sets the tone for the day. Incorporating breathwork, hydration, sunlight, movement, and intentional stillness builds physical energy and emotional clarity, grounding the nervous system for whatever lies ahead.

Sleep Routine

An intentional sleep routine prepares the body and mind for deep, regenerative rest. Limiting screen time, dimming lights, stretching, and calming the breath signals the brain that it’s time to wind down, syncing with our natural circadian blueprint.

5 Elements

Rooted in ancient wisdom, the five elements—earth, air, water, fire, and ether—represent the fundamental forces of nature within and around us. When these are harmonized, our body, mind, and spirit come into balance, supporting true holistic health.

Earth (Element)

Earth represents grounding, nourishment, and stability. When we connect with this element through whole foods, nature walks, and stillness, we build physical strength and emotional resilience.

Air (Element)

Air governs breath, clarity, and mental movement. Breathwork, fresh air, and mindful inhalation invite calmness, oxygenation, and expanded awareness into our day.

Water (Element)

Water is life-giving and cleansing. It represents flow, adaptability, and emotional balance. Hydrating well, bathing in natural water, and staying emotionally fluid help us cleanse internally and externally.

Fire (Element)

Fire symbolizes energy, passion, and transformation. Sunlight, movement, digestion, and inner motivation are all fire-based. When balanced, fire drives purposeful action and metabolic vitality.

Ether (Element)

Ether is space, intuition, and connection to the unseen. Meditation, stillness, and deep listening cultivate this element, allowing us to align with purpose and spiritual awareness.

Grounding / Earthing

Grounding reconnects us with the earth’s natural energy. Walking barefoot on soil, grass, or sand helps regulate cortisol, reduce inflammation, and recalibrate the nervous system toward calm and coherence.

Emotions, Mental Regulation & Healing

“Where Energy Meets Motion, Freedom Begins”

In my work, I don’t just teach self-defense or nutrition—I help people reclaim the parts of themselves that got stuck in the fight.

Your body carries memory. Trauma, anxiety, emotional heaviness—these don’t just live in your mind. They live in your fascia, your breath, your nervous system… and they can be released through motion, intention, and awareness.

Through our work together, I guide you in:

Somatic Energy Release

Using breath, grounding, and subtle energy shifts to move out what’s been trapped in the body.

Fascia & Embodiment Flow

We access the “armor” stored in muscles and fascia—where fear and emotional memory hide—and allow it to dissolve.

Warrior Nervous System Repatterning

You don’t wait for fear to leave. You act before you’re ready, teaching your body safety through motion—just like in martial arts.

Breath, Movement & Stillness

Like in combat and in healing—**the space between moments is everything**. That’s where we reconnect with the self, and reset the nervous system for real change.

This is peaceful warriorship.

Not just mindset, but motion.

Not just theory, but transformation.

Because when you move energy, you free the soul.

If you’re ready to step into that space, message me. Let’s work together.

Emotional and mental balance is foundational to whole-body health. Learning to name, feel, and release emotions frees the body from chronic stress patterns, allowing space for joy, clarity, and healing.

Emotion Code

The Emotion Code is a technique that identifies and releases trapped emotional energy using muscle testing. By clearing these blockages, we support emotional flow, pain relief, and energetic alignment.

Medical Qigong

Medical Qigong is an ancient Chinese healing art using breath, movement, and intention to circulate and cleanse energy. It helps release stagnation, balance organs, and restore vitality at the energetic level.

Cognitive Behavioral Exercises

CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) exercises help rewire thought patterns that cause emotional suffering. By identifying distortions and reframing beliefs, we create a healthier mental landscape that supports growth, calm, and clarity.

Health & Nutrition Coaching

Health and nutrition coaching empowers individuals to reclaim their vitality through informed, sustainable choices. It’s more than just meal plans—it’s about understanding how food, lifestyle, and mindset work together to build long-term health. As a coach, you guide clients through personalized strategies to restore balance, reverse chronic symptoms, and create a nourishing relationship with their body and food.

GAPS Diet (Gut and Psychology Syndrome)(Dr Natasha Campbell Mcbride)

The GAPS Diet is a therapeutic, healing protocol designed to repair the gut lining and rebalance the microbiome. Developed to address gut-based conditions linked to mental health—such as autism, ADHD, depression, and anxiety—it removes inflammatory foods and emphasizes nourishing broths, fermented foods, healthy fats, and easily digestible meals. As the gut heals, mental clarity, digestion, immunity, and emotional well-being begin to thrive.

Dr. Davis’s Infinite Health Program

Dr. William Davis’s Infinite Health program focuses on reversing chronic disease by removing modern disruptors like grains and processed foods, restoring gut health, and optimizing key nutrients. His approach treats root causes—such as leaky gut, dysbiosis, and blood sugar dysregulation—not just symptoms. With the help of homemade probiotic yogurts, strategic supplementation, and a grain-free lifestyle, the body regains its innate ability to heal, lose weight, and function without pharmaceuticals.

Supplements

Supplements help fill the nutritional gaps caused by modern diets, depleted soil, stress, and environmental toxins. Strategic supplementation—such as magnesium, omega-3s, vitamin D, iodine, and targeted probiotics—can accelerate healing and restore balance. Used correctly, they complement real food nutrition and support deeper systems like the nervous system, hormones, and detox pathways.

Hydration

Proper hydration is foundational to every cellular process in the body. Beyond just drinking water, true hydration involves mineral-rich fluids that support electrolyte balance, digestion, cognitive function, and energy production. Including trace minerals, herbal teas, and hydrating foods helps ensure the body is not just full of water—but deeply nourished by it.

Ketosis – MCT oil – Ketogenic diet

Ketosis is a metabolic state where the body uses fat for fuel instead of glucose. This shift, often achieved through a low-carb or ketogenic diet, supports mental clarity, weight loss, blood sugar regulation, and reduced inflammation. Ketosis mimics ancestral survival mechanisms, offering powerful healing benefits when approached with whole foods, adequate electrolytes, and mindful eating habits.

Leaky Gut (Intestinal Permeability)

Leaky gut occurs when the intestinal lining becomes compromised, allowing toxins, food particles, and pathogens to enter the bloodstream. This leads to systemic inflammation, autoimmunity, skin issues, brain fog, and food sensitivities. Healing leaky gut involves removing irritants (like grains, sugar, and processed foods), repairing with gut-healing nutrients (like L-glutamine and collagen), and rebuilding with probiotics and prebiotics that restore microbial harmony.

Detox

Dr. Sarah Myhill – Dr Natasha Campbell Mcbride – Dr Mindy Pelz – Dr William Davis – Evan Brand – So many others…

Exercise / Movement

Movement is medicine for the body, brain, and soul. Regular exercise boosts circulation, enhances detoxification, improves mood, and sharpens mental focus. But beyond just burning calories, movement reconnects us with our physical potential. The key is finding intentional, sustainable movement practices that strengthen the body, release stored tension, and build lifelong resilience.

Wasenshido – White to Black Belt Course – Self Defense

The Wasenshido White to Black Belt journey is more than a martial arts curriculum—it is a path of self-mastery. Grounded in ancient principles yet adapted for modern life, this system teaches not only strikes, forms, and strategy, but also discipline, awareness, and inner peace. Each belt level represents an evolution of skill and self, helping students transform physically, mentally, and energetically as they advance.

Mobility

Mobility is the foundation of functional movement. Unlike flexibility alone, mobility emphasizes strength, control, and joint integrity through full ranges of motion. Daily mobility practices help prevent injury, improve posture, and support ease of movement across all physical activities—especially martial arts, fitness, and real-life demands.

Yoga

Yoga is the union of breath, movement, and presence. Through mindful postures and breathing techniques, yoga helps release physical tension, improve flexibility, and calm the nervous system. It’s not only a physical discipline but also a tool for emotional regulation, spiritual alignment, and deep inner awareness—making it an ideal complement to any healing or martial arts path.

Qigong

Qigong is an ancient Chinese energy practice that uses slow, flowing movements, breath control, and focused intention to balance the body’s vital energy (Qi). It strengthens the organs, supports immunity, clears emotional blockages, and aligns the mind-body system. In the context of Wasenshido, Qigong serves as an internal discipline that refines awareness, stillness, and energetic control.

Self-Defense – White to Black Belt Course

The Self-Defense Belt Course is a progressive system that empowers students to protect themselves with confidence, clarity, and skill. Starting with awareness and verbal boundaries, students build their capabilities through physical escapes, striking drills, close-range defenses, and psychological tactics. Every belt level advances not just techniques—but the mindset and emotional control needed to stay safe under pressure. This path builds not just a fighter—but a protector rooted in peace.
