People might not want to start as a white Belt or any belt because then they’ll be a “white Belt forever.” Well, put it this way, right now you’re a NO Belt forever, so might as well be a white Belt forever!
At least you’ll have the opportunity to become a higher rank. People tend NOT to want to feel the obligation once you start. What if I said this, “feeling an obligation” is a natural born right to have in this life. It’s better to feel something than to feel nothing at all….
In WasenshiDo Ryu LLC Martial arts & Ninjutsu, each belt level represents a stage of personal growth and mastery, integrating body, mind, and spirit. The progression through the belts is not just about physical ability, but also about developing deeper self-awareness, discipline, and understanding of the art. Each level builds on the previous one, encouraging students to become more skilled and insightful as they advance on their path.
What you’re discovering here has been twenty-five years in the making. Wasenshido Ryu draws not only on traditional martial arts like Sport Karate, Tae Kwon Do (in which I earned my black belt within four years). Next route I took was Ninjutsu, American Ninjitsu, Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Krav Maga, Kung Fu, and Judo, but also on hard-earned experience with Special Forces techniques and personal security training—including insights from former CIA officers Andrew Bustamante, Jason Hanson, and Evy Poumpouras.
Alongside the physical disciplines, my journey has embraced the mind–body arts: fifteen years of Yoga practice (including a 200-hour teacher certification from HIBS in Las Vegas), Reiki Master training, foundational study in Tai Chi, Qigong and Medical Qigong practitioner through Master JC Cox, learned to make and play the Didgeridoo at an advanced level helping empower other through sound healing. Nutrition science and functional medicine have been a constant focus since 2004, and I’ve devoted hundreds of hours to Chinese medicine, NLP, cognitive-behavioral therapy, became a traditional style Thai massage practitioner and Western psychology to round out a holistic approach to self-mastery and healing.
My mission has always been simple: to walk the path of the warrior-scholar and share those lessons with others. One result is “From Panic to Potential,” a 320-page guide created for anyone and everyone, but especially for anyone struggling with PTSD, anxiety, or chronic illness—offering practical tools to reclaim health, confidence, and fulfillment. You’ll find snippets of the book here on the site, but very outdated, soon the full work will be available.

- Distraction – Distract the enemy with blinding effects or cause a scene
- Misdirection – grab your phone look like your talking to someone important, look upset but in control, Act tough, look at people straight in the eyes but not to long just confident, remember you don’t want to try and intimidate but look confident, don’t stare down, think James bond
- Confusion – walk up to them and grab the groin and act tough, (last resort) perpetrators like victims and weakness

- Deception – Position your body so that you can reach for your weapon or text someone while they can’t tell what you’re doing. Use acting.” Look, What is that! ” “My husband is right around the corner on his way”
- Blindfolded training
- Being followed or not
- Don’t be predictable, use alternative routes, take different routes than usual, different stop offs, cafe, bathroom etc
- Double back and see if anything changed, cars etc, go back around the same route twice to see what changed
- If in real danger, steal a bike or similar. Ditch it and wipe it down of prints etc
- Getting of public transport plane etc, so for a rest abs drink, observing surroundings, use subtle body language “look like you lost or missed something and go back to the café etc, observe if there’s any thing out of place, followers

This course can be for ANYONE, we just adjusted it slightly to be the most efficient for the average woman. Drawing from the ancient art of Ninjutsu and a combination of many Martial arts and Psychology techniques, this program leads you on a journey of discipline, transformation, and self-trust. Every movement you learn is a step toward reclaiming your space in the world—not with aggression, but with presence, wisdom, and the calm strength of a warrior who knows her worth.
